Hi jonc,

I deleted the source files from the directory where I have the newly concatenated file with the vob extension. Unfortunately, the file no longer plays on my media player. I guess this means that the newly concatenated file is somehow dependant on the other files that were in the directory. So my concern is that if I post only the newly concatenated file, it will not be viewable.

What must I do?

Try going in and (re)deriving in item manager. It may create the files you need.

Did you include the /b switch? This is important, it concatenates them as binary.
